Early Release and Track-out!!

LMES Families... please remember that today is an early release which means we are dismissing at 1:15pm. Today is also our last day before winter track-out, which means we will not see our students back until Jan. 28th. We hope you all have a safe and fabulous track-out. Information on Magnet Schools!!

Dear Parents of rising 6th graders,

It's time to start exploring the magnet middle school options for your child!  Please take a moment to review the upcoming information sessions regarding magnet middle schools.  For both events, the general session begins at 6:00 pm followed by two breakout sessions at 6:15 pm and 7:00 pm. 
January 8, 2014 event hosted at Davis Drive ES
January 13, 2014 event hosted at Brier Creek ES
January 15, 2014 tours and information sessions at each magnet school at 9:00 am and 12:00 pm.

It's an Itty Bitty Winter Book Fair

Do you still need some gifts.  Books make wonderful presents.  Come and check out the itty bitty Winter Book Fair in the Lake Myra Media Center.  It's open today, Wednesday, and Thursday.  Evening hours on Thursday until 6:30.  It's a perfect time to come and shop right before the 1st grade music program!  Looking for teacher gifts?
