Meet the Teacher at LMES on Thursday, July 24th

Who: 1st-5th grade students

What: Meet the Teacher

When: Thursday, July 24th from 6:00-7:30

Where: Lake Myra

This will be an informal flowing session for students and families.  Don't forget to meet the specialists and visit the media center.  Come, get some great information, and get your child excited about the first week back!!  We hope to see everyone there.

Kindergarten Meet the Teacher will be Friday August 1st from 1:00-3:00 due to staggered entry.

Lake Myra Families and Staff,

I am so honored to be named the second principal of Lake Myra Elementary School. I am so excited to continue working with such an amazing group of people who work so hard to do what’s best for kids.

I look forward to continuing the Leader In Me Program and to continue preparing all learners for their future.  I know that you have extremely high expectations and please know that I also have high expectations of myself.

I am so excited to get started and to kick off the year.   One of my many goals is to continue building relationships with families and students. As your new principal I plan to continue preparing all learners for their future. Thank you so much for all of your love and support through this process. I am so excited to continue to support all the students at Lake Myra.

I also wanted to thank Dr. Argent for creating the path for greatness at the Lake. I invite you to join me in continuing this path to greatness. Lake Myra truly is an amazing place to learn.
